1What REMIT is
REMIT is a fee bridge on Arc. A token launched through REMIT on lift.fun names the REMIT vault as its creator. The vault collects the token's creator fees and books the larger share of them to the X account named at launch, to be paid out in dollars through X Money. REMIT is operated by its team and is not a bank, a broker, an exchange or a money transmitter.
2No affiliation
REMIT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to X Corp., X Money, lift.fun, Circle or Arc. Their names are used only to describe where a token trades and how a payout travels.
3Launching a token
When you launch, you pay the launchpad fee and the gas yourself, in USDC. The fee direction is written into the launch transaction and cannot be changed afterwards, by you or by REMIT. You confirm that you have the right to use the name, ticker, image and description you provide, and you understand that naming an X account is not that account's endorsement.
4Registering an existing token
You may point a token you already launched on lift.fun at an X account by transferring its creator role to the REMIT vault. That transfer is a transaction you sign yourself. Once the vault holds the role, the same rules apply as to a token launched here.
5Named accounts
An account named by a launcher has not signed up for anything. It owes REMIT nothing, and REMIT owes it what has been booked to it. Payouts travel through X Money, which the account holder must be able to receive on. A balance that cannot be paid out yet stays booked: it does not expire and is not reclaimed. An account holder may ask to be removed at any time; the tokens pointing at the account come off the site and REMIT stops collecting their fees.
6Risks
Tokens launched through REMIT are speculative and may lose all of their value. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. REMIT depends on lift.fun, Arc and X Money, none of which it controls, and on smart contracts that may contain defects. Read the Disclosures.
7Prohibited use
You may not use REMIT to impersonate a person for fraud, to launder funds, to evade sanctions, or to publish content that is illegal where you or the named account are located. REMIT may remove a token from the site for any of these reasons. The fee direction on chain is not affected, because REMIT cannot change it either.
8The service as it is
REMIT is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, REMIT is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site, the contracts, the launchpad, the chain or X Money.
9Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
